Using the dual flush system has been proven to save over 25% of water consumption. The dual controls on these toilets allow owners to regulate the amount of water in each flush - more for solid waste and less for liquid. Owners can save up to 10% on annual home heating and air conditioning expenses by setting their home's temperature to match their own schedule and comfort with the benefit of an ENERGY STAR rated programmable thermostat. This superior performance protects furnishings and art from sun damage while minimizing condensation and delivering a higher level of comfort throughout the home.

These windows are constructed of dual layers of advanced Low-E squared glazing filled with Argon gas that perform 6 - 10% more effectively than the best ENERGY STAR rated windows. Owners can also add an alarm signaling the approach of peak loads and a device that counts greenhouse gas emissions to further support their desire to reduce resource consumption. Listed here are the green features can find in a Barbini project:Ī state-of-the-art energy monitoring system lets owners know their daily consumption of electricity and can help them to reduce costs by up to 20% through effective energy management.

Barbini incorporates many high-end systems that collectively result in projects being rated well above the current Building Code. To us, building a home or work on a substantial renovation project without considering the actual interior and exterior environment seemed to fall short of the ultimate goal of client satisfaction. Having already mastered architectural and design excellence in our homes, we became motivated to bring the same high standard to interior air quality and the environmental footprint of our product.

I've taken a few screenshots of one of the manuals I found for my HRV.At Barbini, going green is a given. From the HRV panel, do I just hook up R to ACC- and Y to ACC+ ? (I'd keep the HRV panel hooked up too)

My issue is figuring out HOW to hook it up my Ecobee while ensuring my HRV panel and washroom timers are still functional. I don't want to remove the HRV control panel since I know the Ecobee can't replace all of it's useful functions such as the fan speeds and timers. I believe only the return air duct is hooked up to my furnace for the air return.Įdit: just realized that my HRV control panel is actually a Electronic Dehumidistat lol My HRV isn't hooked up wirely to my furnace. Is there a way I can still keep those timers (especially the washroom timers) and still hook it up to my Ecobee? Can they run in parallel? Separately? Any other methods/suggestions? If I remove the HRV end panel with the schedule/fan controls the 2 washroom timers stop functioning. All 3 timers are all linked together using 3 wires and are chained together.

My issue is my Lifebreath HRV is currently hooked up to 2 timers (washrooms) and a HRV panel which controls the fan speeds, enables me to set a schedule to circulate the air from either inside or outside on a timer which goes on every 40mins for 20mins to cycle the stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air on low speed. I'd like to add my Lifebreath HRV to my Ecobee4.
